DIRECTIONS FOR USE GENERAL CLASSIFICATION

It is a violation of the Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with
its labeling.

GENERAL CLEANING and deodorizing— Use 1 to 32 dilution in water (4 oz. pergallon). Apply by mop, sponge, or brush to the surface. Do not reuse solution for disinfecting.

DISINFECTION…..All soiled surfaces must be cleaned first. Then using a fresh solution of the product (4oz. per gallon),apply by mop, sponge, or brush to the surface, so as to wet thoroughly, allowing surface to remain in contact with the wet solution for at least 10 minutes before rinsing, mopping, brushing, or sponging solution away.

Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals

WARNING:

Keep Out of Reach of Children.

Causes eye and skin irritation. Do not get in eyes or skin or on clothing. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid contamination of food.

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT

In cases of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. For eyes, calla physician. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.

If swallowed, drink promptly a large quantity of milk, egg whites, gelatin solution or if these are not available, drink large quantities of water. Avoid alcohol. Call a physician.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Storage: Store in a cool area away from heat or an open flame.
Disposal: Do not reuse empty container. Wrap container and put in trash collection.
